We provide home and community based assessments which assess;

• safety mobilising into and around the home & community
• wheelchair assessment
• home modification assessment & recommendations (including major home modifications)
• equipment needs & recommendations
• falls assessment & recommendations

Eligibility;

• NDIS participants
• RTWSA approved claims
• DVA gold card holders
