Our COVID-19 measures

UPDATE 8 Jan 2021 we are OPEN, and following new direction from SA Health to assist to protect our community and team from the spread of COVID 19.

We offer telehealth as required, please call us to arrange your appointment.

Here is how we are helping to stop the spread of COVID 19;

OUR ROOMS

• all appointments in a private therapy room
• splash screen can be positioned between you and your hand therapist if requested
• we clean down the desks, tools and equipment with disinfectant between clients
• face masks and splash masks avaliable if required
• contract tracing measures in place inline with SA Government directive and our COVID-Safe Plan

STAFF EDUCATION

• all staff have undergone SA Health infection control & PPE course in March 2020 at the Royal Adelaide Hospital

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

•  please use the sanitiser provided in our waiting rooms prior to your hand therapy appointment

DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT

• you alone will be in the treatment room unless you require a carer to be present
• you are required to wear single use disposable surgical mask
• you will be reuiqred to remove rings and bracelets (except solid wedding bands)
