GP Management plan $0, its free for EPC, Enhanced Primary Care or GP Management Plans
WorkCover $0 RTWSA, you are covered if you are impacted by COVID-19
Private Health Insurance 10% discount, with Occupational Therapy cover on your policy. We will take payment at commencement of your appointment and email invoice so you can send in for your reimbursement.
DVA appointments are covered until end Sept 2020.

How does hand therapy online work? 1. Book your appointment
Contact us to book a time (8339 4263), we will ask for your email address and mobile / contact phone number.
2. Set Up
Where possible, set up your computer up in a well lite position (infront of a window is good or with a lamp nearby),
Check your web cam is working and sound at a level which is comfortable for you.
3. Your appointment
At the time of your appointment open your email and you will be directed to click a button which will ask for your consent to proceed.
You will then be directed to our vitual waiting room, wait here until your therapist appears.
Where payment is required, we will take your payment before your appointment. You can provide us your card details and we will process with your consent. You will be emailed your receipt.
In the event that there are technical difficulties we can guide you through the process over your mobile phone.
We understand that this is a new way of receiving health services for many people. And for this reason we are scheduling in long appointment times. We are doing this to help you set up and become familiar with the way the technology works, before our consultation.
