Each with over 20 years of hand therapy experience, our hand therapists offer a wealth and breath of skill and knowledge to you optimal outcomes. We are genuine, passionate, and capable Occupational Therapists, who will take time time to give you the best service we can.
Jo Marsh Registered Occupational Therapist B.App.Sc (OT) Accredited Hand Therapist (as awarded by the AHTA) Certified Hand Therapist (CHT, HTCC, USA)
Jo Marsh has been a registered Occupational Therapist since graduating from the University of South Australia in 1998. And has specialised in the field of hand therapy since 2000. Jo is an Accredited Hand Therapist (as awarded by the Australian Hand Therapy Association) and Certified Hand Therapist (Hand Therapy Certification Commission, USA). Jo is a registered Occcupational Therapy provider with the NDIS, Return to Work SA and the Department of Veterans' Affairs.
Jo began her hand therapy career working in the major teaching hospitals in London, before a stint at the Royal Adelaide Hosptial. She opened her own private practice shortly after her daughter was born in 2006. As a passionate life-long-learner, Jo enjoys lecturing hand therapy to post graduate Masters of Occupational Therapy students with the Flinders University, and teaching rural therapists about Hand Therapy through Country Health SA. Jo is currently working part time in her private practice and part time at the Royal Adelaide Hosptial for a year, continuing her professional development.
When Jo is not at work she can be found enjoying the company of her school-aged daughter. Jo loves to travel and particularly hiking & snow skiing in Australia and overseas. She makes the most of every day-getting out amongst nature and in her garden on the weekends- between school sport and enjoing time with her fun friends making the most of our South Aussie fresh food and wine.

We are most excited to welcome Janelle to our growing team in 2019! Janelle brings over 20 years of hand therapy experience, plus she works part time at the Royal Adelaide Hospital treating the most complex hand therapy cases seen in SA. Janelle graduated with first class honours as an Occupational Therapist from the University of South Australia in 1995. She gained a broad range of OT skills working in the areas of aged care, stroke and orthopaedic rehabilitation and community care early in her career.
Janelle has worked at the RAH in the area of hand therapy since 1999, and currently holds a part time leadership Hand Therapy role and her main areas of professional interest include; - brachial plexus and complex nerve injuries and repair, - management of complex and mutilating hand injuries, - rheumatology.
Janelle is a respected hand therapy educator, who has been active in providing education and support to rural therapists working in hand therapy for the past decade, providing theory and practical education sessions, webinars, and mentoring.
Outside of work Janelle is a supportive mother and wife who enjoys hills life with her family and friends. And we are wrapped to have Janelle with her warmth and skills join our team.

We are extremely lucky to have Andrea join our team in 2019! Andrea has been working in the area of hand therapy for over 20 years. Andrea studied at the University of South Australia to become an Occupational Therapist. Having worked in the field of hand therapy in all of the major public hospitals in SA. Andrea brings a depth of acute hand therapy knowledge to the team. She continues to work part-time at the Flinders Medical Centre where she is highly respected for her management of complex hand trauma and splinting skills.
Her many strengths and areas of special interest with hand therapy include; - post operative care, including joint replacement management -excellent complex splinting skills - working with complex and mutilating trauma cases - pain management - children with hand injuries - burns and scar management.
Andrea loves living sustainably on her hills property with her family including a 12 and 14 year old. And she is an active and enthusiastic contributor to her family and local community. She is the perfect fit to our team!
